My name is George Timby, I am a qualified sports therapist based in Heanor and Ripley, as well as mobile to suit your needs. I have a degree in BSc Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation from the University of Derby. Since starting my business in 2021, I have helped support a wide range of clients from elite athletes to sedentary seniors. My passion is to towards helping reduce the unwanted pains and discomforts of my local community.

I am a mobile sports massage therapist, making it as convenient for you as possible. Sports massage offers numerous benefits, including improved circulation, reduced muscle soreness, and enhanced flexibility. I utilise targeted techniques to address specific issues, helping you recover faster and perform better in your chosen sport or day to day activities.

Following the poor treatment of my knee injury in 2018, I made it my mission to help others optimise their rehabilitation. I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health and for better long term results.
